Made on the spot to match any taste— from ‘just cheese’ for the kids to fully loaded for the big folks. Served with all the extras: Guacamole, Salsa, Sour Cream, Jalapenos and Black Olives

Pick-a-Pasta

Have your guests choose from Spaghettini or Penne Pasta and an assortment of Sauces: Bolognese, Tomato & Basil, Chicken Alfredo, Quattro Fromaggio, and Puttanesca

Omelettes to go

Individual omelets made á la minute and served with a variety of toppings: Honey Cured Ham, Asparagus, Roasted Red Peppers, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Sweet Grape Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Brie, Emmental, Aged Canadian Cheddar

Crepes à la minute

Parisian style Crepes with an assortment of fillings: Lemon Sugar, Fresh Fruit, Belgian Chocolate, Strawberry, & Caramel Sauce
